Visit the Perot Museum between January 13-15, 2018 for interactive activities, experiments and demos, extended hours, 3D films and more! The museum is featuring several exhibits over the holiday weekend. Plus enjoy extended hours until 6p.m. on Sunday. Take a look at their holiday calendar.
Engage your brain with live science demos, experiments, bookworm readings, science trivia and ongoing activities such as boo bubbles and robotics at select times on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Plus, kids ages 5 and under can enjoy “science through a magnifying glass” crafts in the Moody Family Children’s Museum daily until 3 p.m. All activities are free to Perot Museum members and included with general admission for non-members.
And blast off to space (without leaving Earth!) at the fascinating Journey to Space exhibition. Experience the sensation of zero gravity inside two massive rotating simulators of the International Space Station Destiny module! Launch a rocket, test gravity in a drop tower, sit on a space potty, control a robotic arm, check out Neil Armstrong’s authentic gloves, and let the young cadets explore their inner astronaut at a space station activity area.
Soak in a thrilling film – Journey to Space 3D, Living in the Age of Airplanes and Hurricane 3D – in the Hoglund Foundation Theater, a National Geographic Experience.
